Session Rates
Individual care ranges $120–$250 per hour. Joint partner sessions range $150–$300 per visit.
Insurance Status
We are in-network with CIGNA for clients in Texas and California. Additionally, we are actively partnering with major healthcare groups including United Healthcare. Oak Bend Therapy offers specialized digital receipts for you to request out-of-network repayment from your carrier. Every policy has unique terms; please confirm your specific mental health advantages and reimbursement percentages directly with your plan or by emailing info@oakbendtherapy.com for support.
